I saw the workout, and it’s definitely something that I haven’t tried before. Ever heard of “Giant Sets?” Well, there is the Super Set, the Tri-Set, then the Giant Set. With the Giant Set, four exercises are chosen. Going through all four of those exercises non-stop equals one “giant” set! Sounds like it could be a little difficult to do, but I’m up for the challenge 🙂
Giant sets are only one part of this “Super” workout. Core work is also involved. Interval training goes very well with working the core, which is what I will be doing! I will choose four exercises that will work my core, then use interval training for those exercises.
My mornings will consist of cardio on the elliptical for 50 minutes on an empty stomach. Doing this on an empty stomach first thing in the morning will maximize fat burning.
Here’s what tonight will look like for me:
Back (4 Giant Sets, 10 Reps Each)
*Sitting Cable Rows
*Bent Over Dumbbell Raises
*Lower Back Raises
Core (4 Giant Sets)
*Concentrated High Knees
I’ll be doing a different muscle group per day, so I’ll update as much as I can! Looking forward to this new workout…should be pretty sweet!
