First of all, it’s been a looooong time since I’ve posted anything on this blog! Things got busy and I was trying other things. Actually, I would like to apologize. I’m sorry if I’ve really left any of you guys seriously hanging. When I first started this blog, I had PLENTY of time because, well, I was out of a job temporarily. The same people re-hired me, thus taking me away from my blog. Even though I’m still pretty busy, I believe that I can make the time 🙂
This is my favorite blog to work on…and I really do like it! I absolutely loved posting my gym workouts! And hopefully you guys like it too! Since this is my favorite blog to write in, I can’t just let it go…and I won’t. I still have lots of workouts to post, and I have some good knowledge to share about the right supplements to take, how to take them, etc.
I was at the gym a couple of nights ago, and I ran into a buddy of mine that liked this site. He would always say things like, “I’m just trying to ‘Get Lean and Built!'” Lol it makes me laugh everytime! I forgot exactly how the conversation went, but he was hinting around about me putting some more content on this blog. And Then I said, “You know what Jeremy, you’re right. You’ve motivated me to get back to adding content to my site!” Guys, I love working out. I love fitness. I love being a gym rat. So why not come back to what I really love?….Right??
So now I’m thinking about a game plan and a schedule to follow as far as adding to my site. The great news is: I’m going to start posting new stuff VERY soon! Especially adding to the gym workouts. As soon as I figure out how to work it in my schedule, IT’S ON LIKE DONKEY KONG!! So long story short…I’m coming back. And this site?….It’s coming back! And more gym workouts are coming with me!!
