I enjoy many exercises, but my all-time favorite will always be the deadlift 🙂 It's an exercise that makes me feel so...well...big! lol 😛 But seriously, the deadlift works many areas of the body. You feel everything in your back, especially if you flex at the end of each repetition. The deadlift also works the quads, hamstrings, butt, and it can work the forearms because you have to have a good grip...if you don't use straps to help.
When it comes to "back day," I always look forward to the deadlift 🙂
