Week 4 is finally here! Going along with this program for about a month has given me very noticeable results 🙂 Actually, I think I may have gained a little too much haha! My chest and arms have definitely gained some size. I’ll post a couple of pics later, but for now, let’s get into the workout!
The A.M. Session:
Barbell Bench Press
- Set 1 = 5 reps—-> 325 lbs
- Set 2 = 5 reps—-> 325 lbs
- Set 3 = 5 reps—-> 325 lbs
- Set 4 = 5 reps—-> 325 lbs
I’m planning to go up in the next couple of weeks. These sets are feeling pretty good! I will increase the weight by 10 lbs.
- Set 1 = 5 reps—-> 115 lbs
- Set 2 = 5 reps—-> 115 lbs
- Set 3 = 5 reps—-> 115 lbs
Unfortunately, there was no P.M. session. I ended up having some things to take care of. But I’m really happy that I’ve been consistent with my morning workouts! Like I’ve said before, the heavy weight is very important to me 🙂
