Here goes! This is my 24 Day Challenge Review! I’ve used the 24 Day Challenge more than a few times. Every time I’ve used it, I got results! The 24 Day Challenge is not just some fly by night weight loss pill. It’s actually a comprehensive weight loss system that is also focuses on overall wellness. There is a 10 day cleanse that is included in the 24 Day Challenge. There are two phases with this system: The Cleanse Phase, and the MAX Phase.
The Cleanse Phase works very well. I liked it because this cleanse is VERY gentle! It’s not harsh at all! Most cleanses that are available usually forces people to go to the bathroom. C’mon, you know how it is. You get on a typical cleanse, and you’re scared to go to work or do any activity lol! The Cleanse Phase with the 24 Day Challenge is NOTHING like that 🙂 This cleanse WILL NOT force you to go to the bathroom! Don’t worry, I was safe taking this, and you will be too.
I don’t mean to be crude or anything, but when you do go to the bathroom on this cleanse…a lot comes out. Again, this cleanse doesn’t force you to go, but when you do go, just expect a lot of “cleansing” haha! Like I said, I don’t mean to be crude, but when it comes out, you don’t even notice how much is coming out! Seriously, this is how gentle AND effective this cleanse is. The MAX Phase, which is the second phase of the 24 Day Challenge, is all about the fat loss and increasing the metabolism. This phase also includes 14 meal replacement shakes that actually taste pretty good!
